Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • Delivery Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future; please check back for updates.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at pureathletewear@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: Customers may return items within 14 days of the order date.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Refund Process: We offer a full refund to the original payment method for eligible returns. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, please contact pureathletewear@gmail.com to receive a prepaid return label.

  • How to Return:

    1. Contact our customer service team at pureathletewear@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a return authorization number.

    2. Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the return authorization number.

    3. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
