Diego is a highly qualified fitness professional with a comprehensive educational background from the prestigious PT Academy. His expertise spans the full spectrum of physical development:

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor: The foundation of safe, effective movement and exercise mechanics.

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer: Advanced anatomy, physiology, and nutrition planning for body transformation.

  • Level 4 Personal Training: The highest tier of industry qualification, specializing in advanced exercise prescription and performance coaching.
